Our Mobile Gym
Meltdown Station’s goal is to provide children and teenagers between the ages of 5 thru 17 with an expansive physical fitness regimen that will provide them with the exercise they need to remain physically healthy. There are currently no physical fitness facilities in the United States or anywhere in other parts of the world that provide children with a comprehensive location nor a mobile gym from which they can benefit and keep physically fit. Superfit Kids designed “Just For Kids” structured programs that provide youngsters with exercise equipment that are specifically designed just for them. Each machine is designed to allow the child to reach their ideal fitness level in a fun and safe manner. Hydraulic resistance works the muscular system without the risk of injury to growing bones and muscles. The amount of force they exert on the equipment is the amount of force they will receive in return.

How It Works
A child will never be challenged with resistance beyond their current level of strength. We have stations where children play games on game-bikes connected to gaming stations, Dance-Dance Revolution stations, and several other interactive gaming systems. We offer structured cardio programs outside in our Meltdown Station dome or we can do the cardio class inside a school or any facility. We bring our Mobile Gym to several locations near you, nutritional supplements, healthy snack, and classes on how to prepare healthy meals will be conducted on site when available. Inside our Mobile Gym, the child will be actively moving from the minute their class starts to the minute their class ends. After each cardio fat burning class then they go straight into our state of the art Mobile Trailer directly to our Hydraulic Resistance Station to tone and firm their muscles. Then straight to our specially designed virtual reality fun interactive heart
Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives by making fitness fun. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, and coordination. Not to forget, it will strengthen their core, building healthy muscle, burn fat and build a healthy heart.
